Erro on phpMyAdmin (1 reply)

Hello, i have been having a problem with the connection of my server it seems, when i try to login the phpMyAdmin, this erro shows:

mysqli::real_connect(): Error while reading greeting packet. PID=21144
mysqli::real_connect(): (HY000/2006): MySQL server has gone away

I'm new to work with server and MySql, can someone help?
I try restart, update, verify the configurations, verify the status.
